This material is straightforward to 3D print without warping. Enjoy printing with this enhanced and refined version of ABS filament from BASF’s Ultrafuse line.
Ultrafuse’s ABS Fusion+ filament is an industrial-grade material with impressive heat and chemical resistance. The material allows users to create tough 3D models applicable for making durable automotive parts like jigs and fixtures. Unlike previous ABS filaments, the ABS Fusion+ filament adheres to water-soluble supports. Chemicals are therefore no longer necessary, and you can effortlessly dissolve ABS Fusion+ supports in water. Make sure to follow the printing instructions to achieve successful printed parts. It is best to print the ABS Fusion+ on a glass print surface, this should eliminate chances of warping and promote adhesion. Furthermore, it is recommended that you use an enclosure.
Print ABS Fusion+ at ease with your extruder temperature at 240°C-260°C and with a bed temperature between 100°C-120°C. The recommended print speed is 40-80 mm/sec.
For ultimate longevity, we advise that you store ABS Fusion+ filament in a dry and cool environment between 15°C-25°C.
