This material has similar mechanical qualities to ABS filament and produces premium parts with anti-static properties. Use Ultrafuse’s ASA filament to create long-lasting fixtures and appliances.
The ASA filament from the Ultrafuse line is an ASA filament material with strengthened and enhanced outdoor properties. There are many advantages to creating parts with this filament, for example, the high heat resistance and chemical resistance ensures that parts maintain their original quality and appearance for a long time. This is the go-to material for creating tough and rigid objects that can endure a range of environments. Furthermore, the filament has a superbly smooth finish which is glossy and ideal for creating signage, for example. Print Ultrafuse ASA filament at an extruder temperature of 250°C-270°C with a heated bed temperature between 90°C-110°C. The recommended print speed is 40-80 mm/sec.
