Achieve 3D prints with high optical properties using Ultrafuse’s PET filament. PET (polyethylene terephthalate) is the most commonly used plastic today. Ultrafuse’s PET filament naturally has a translucent look and prints relatively fast without any unpleasant odors. Print this filament to create parts with low abrasion that are strong and stiff.
Discover Ultrafuse’s PET filament for high-quality sturdy 3D prints. The PET filament has easy printability, comparable to PLA filament. PET is however exceptionally stronger and therefore also durable. The PET filament has great layer adhesion and strong optical qualities, providing 3D parts a finished look with high resolution. A great advantage of using this filament is that PET can be fully recycled and reused. In case you require supports for PET filament, we recommend using PVA plus filament by Real Filament.
To successfully print PET filament, have a heated bed temperature between 60°C-80°C. The extruder temperature should fall in the range 210°C-230°C. PET filament has a heat resistance of up to 74°C. Be sure to print in a well-ventilated area.
