The PLA filament by Ultrafuse is an eco-friendly bioplastic with a smooth and glossy finished look. This filament material has a high visual quality and looks extremely neat and polished once it has cooled down completely. This makes Ultrafuse’s PLA filament ideal for printing objects and models for display purposes. With proper cooling, PLA filament has a higher maximum printing speed, sharper printed corners, and lower layer heights. To successfully print the PLA filament, have an extruder temperature set between 210°C-230°C. A heated bed is not required however if you would like to make use of a heated bed, it is advised to keep it between 50°C-70°C. For additional adhesion, use 3DLAC spray. For ultimate usage, store your PLA filament in an airtight container in a cool and dry environment.
