Successfully print BASF’s Ultrafuse PPSU filament at a nozzle temperature between 390°C-410°C with a heated bed set at 200°C-220°C. Please take into account that a build chamber is required for this material and should be kept between 170°C-210°C. The BASF PPSU filament’s recommended print speed is 35-100 mm/sec. As for the print surface material, a glass surface will work best ensuring proper adhesion and easy removal of the 3D model. We advise that you keep your filament stored appropriately for maximum longevity. Use the FilaDryer by SUNLU for effective storage and drying purposes.
