Product description
Achieve highly flexible 3D printing with the Ultrafuse TPC 45D filament by BASF. BASF is known to develop premium filament materials with extremely unique properties. TPC is a Thermoplastic Copolyester Elastomer that prints best with a direct drive extrusion system.
The TPC 45D is a bio-based filament made from ArnitelEco; derived from rapeseed oil. The filament material has been manufactured to have the best qualities of elastomers and polyesters. A great advantage of this filament is that it has a carbon footprint up to 50% lower than similar co-polyesters. The TPC filament has a shore hardness of 45D and is ideal for parts such as miniature tires and drive belts. If you need objects to bend repeatedly this is a great choice!
Successfully achieve high-quality prints with the TPC 45D filament, the extruder temperature should be between 220°C-240°C with a heated bed temperature of 20°C-60°C. The ideal printing speed should be set between 20-50 mm/s. Make sure to perform all of your 3D printing activities in a space with sufficient air ventilation. Store this filament in a dry and cool area to preserve the quality and longevity.
