Experience 3D printing with colorFabb’s PA-CF Low-warp filament. colorFabb has designed a nylon filament consisting of a unique polyamide and carbon fiber blend. This is almost a completely warp-free material when using no heated bed! Use this impressive filament for creating functional and flexible parts.
The colorFabb PA-CF low-warp is the perfect filament for engineering purposes. Easily create objects and parts that are strong yet still have great bendability. As we mentioned earlier, this filament will print well without a heated bed. The addition of a heated bed will however ensure that there is even less chance of filament from warping.
Create gears and hinges at an extruder temperature of 260°C-280°C. If you will use a heated bed, keep it between 40°C-50°C. Since this material is rather abrasive, be sure to use a hardened steel nozzle or Ruby tip nozzle during printing. The advised printing speed is 30-40 mm/s.
