Product description
Widen your 3D printing scope with colorFabb’s TPU filament. This is a specially designed TPU filament with flexibility and hardness that you can determine yourself with a quick change of settings. Create flexible, soft and strong parts as you desire with both Bowden and Direct Drive systems!
Colorfabb’s TPU filament is an innovative material that allows the user to select their own material hardness. This is all possible thanks to the impressive foam technology that enables more air particles to enter the material. The TPU’s base shore hardness is 92A, however, the material's density can be tweaked by setting different printing temperatures.
When printing the filament at 200°C-250°C, the material will foam and produce nice and soft flexible objects. With a lower extruder temperature set at 190°C-200°C, you can create hard and flexible parts. In this way, you can benefit from both hard and soft flexible durable prints!
In most cases, soft and flexible materials are advised to be printed with a direct drive extrusion system. However, this filament has been developed to also provide easy printability with a Bowden setup.
