3D print premium supports with the Polymaker’s PolyDissolve S2 filament. The PolyDissolve S2 is a water-soluble filament material developed to provide phenomenal support for your 3D models with more complex designs. This is the ideal support filament to use when printing the following filament materials: PC, ABS, and ASA.

The PolyDissolve S2 is part of the remarkable support filament line material by Polymaker. It has been engineered to bond incredibly well with a range of popular filament materials. With this support material, you will be able to widen your scope of 3D printing and create more sophisticated 3D prints than before. This is perfect for those 3D models with overhangs and bridging! 

Create prototypes and masterpieces at a nozzle temperature of 230°C-250°C. Set your heated bed between 90°C-110°C. The advised printing speed is 30-40 mm/s.  

After your 3D model has cooled down, it is time to remove the support structure. This material can be partially broken off by hand, or by simply using pliers. Next, the model should be placed in warm alkaline water. The water should be warmer than 70°C to effectively remove the remaining supports.

For the best results, keep your PolyDissolve filament in the best condition for 3D printing. Since the material is highly sensitive to moisture, we advise using the handy PolyBox II. Not only will your filament be protected from water particles, but the smart device will also automatically feed the material directly to your machine!
