Unlike most wood filaments that consist of wood powder in their formula, the PolyWood PLA instead uses a foaming technology. This eliminates the chances of your nozzle clogging and also provides a smooth printing experience. You can now continuously print your 3D models and prototypes with a standard brass nozzle!
Successfully 3D print the PolyWood PLA at a nozzle temperature of 190°C-210°C. Keep your heated bed between 25°C-65°C. The recommended print speed should be set at 30-50 mm/s. For the best 3D printing results, Polymaker advises using a glass print surface. Provide the best adhesion by placing a buildtak sticker.
