The PC-PBT filament is developed for the professional printing industry. Polymaker has taken some of the best material features and combined them. High chemical resistance and heat resistance is a powerful mix that ensures an extremely long life for printed objects. With this material, you can create parts that will not need frequent replacement and will also be unaffected by weather and external factors. We are excited to see what you create with this game-changing filament!
Print 3D models and prototypes at a nozzle temperature of 260°C-280°C, and keep your heated bed between 100°C-115°C. The advised printing speed is 30-50 mm/s. For the best results, please use an enclosure. In case you will be printing large objects, then it is highly recommended to make use of a heated enclosure set at 100°C-110°C.
The ideal support filament for the PC-PBT, is Polymaker’s own PolyDissolve S2. Additionally, the material can be printed on any print surface with a nice thin layer of Magigoo PC glue stick for phenomenal adhesion.
