Product description
Unique filament by Polymaker for casting applications, the PolyCast PVB unlocks exciting new possibilities for 3D printing. Use the PolyCast filament to reduce both cost and lead time for developing new prototypes or final products. With the Layer-free technology by Polymaker the PolyCast can be smoothed with micro-sized alcohol particles, making the 3D print extremely smooth. Last but not least offers the PolyCast filament the Ash-Free technology to burn almost completely up to 99.997% for defect-free metal parts.
You can print the PolyCast PVB filament at 190˚C – 220˚C with a bed temperature of 25˚C – 70˚C. Use PolyDissolve S1 filament for support when using PolyCast PVB filament. We recommend drying the filament for 12 hours at 50 ˚C before printing for the best results.
