The TPU95-HF belongs to Polymaker’s family of high-quality flexible filaments. Printing with flexible filament is known to be more difficult in most cases. This filament however has been developed for providing a smooth and fast printing experience. Thanks to the added UV-resistant qualities, you can create flexible construction parts or customized outdoor accessories that will not be damaged by sunlight over time. A 95A shore hardness can be described as the bendability and sturdiness found in a shopping cart wheel.
Produce durable and flexible 3D models and prototypes at a nozzle temperature of 200°C-220°C, while keeping your heated bed between 25°C-50°C. The recommended print speed is 40-100 mm/s. For the best adhesion and model quality. Polymaker advises using a glass bed with an adhesive buildtak sticker.
