The PolyLite ABS filament is a reliable material made from polymerized ABS resin to ensure lower levels of printing odors in combination with phenomenal printing quality. This has resulted in a better and safer printing experience for the maker, cutting down the odor immensely.
Objects created with this filament will have great mechanical properties with the ability to handle extreme heat and high impact. This makes this material very strong and a good candidate for manufacturing tools or accessories like jigs and fixtures. The PolyLite ABS filament also has a high optical quality in terms of producing very clear and full colors.
To successfully print the PolyLite ABS filament, keep your extruder between 245°C and 265°C. Please take into account that a heated bed is required to ensure high-quality prints. The recommended bed temperature ranges between 90°C-100°C. To achieve proper adhesion, use ABS slurry and magnetic sheets. With an enclosure, you can ensure to keep the temperature consistent and any printing smells at bay!
