The PolyLite ASA filament is an impressive material developed to have a range of useful qualities. Being able to withstand high temperatures and sunlight, this is the ultimate filament for creating garden tools, outdoor decorations, and functional parts.
Create durable weather-resistant parts at a nozzle temperature of 240°C-260°C. Keep your heated bed between 75°C-95°C. The recommended print speed should be set at 30-50 mm/s. For the best 3D printing results, Polymaker advises pairing a buildtak sticker with an adhesive magigoo glue stick.
ASA materials are hygroscopic and will eventually absorb water particles after some time. For this reason, it is crucial that you properly store the filament to avoid damage and low-quality 3D models. We advise using the Polybox II. The Polybox II keeps moisture away and also directly feeds your filament to your machine!
