The PolyLite PC is hailed for its impressive combination of material properties. The filament has the ability to withstand very high temperatures without changing its form, making it a durable choice. This material suits industrial applications well and provides a consistent printing experience, allowing you to maintain high-quality production levels.
Print the PC filament at a nozzle temperature of 250°C-270°C and set your heated bed between 90°C-105°C. The advised print speed is 30-50 mm/s. For the best results, please be sure to use an enclosure during 3D printing. This is especially beneficial if you will be printing large objects.
Polymaker recommends using a nice thin layer of Magigoo PC on a buildtak print surface to provide good adhesion for your model. Once your print has cooled down, it can undergo post-processing. The PC filament can be sanded and painted for a unique and aesthetically pleasing finish.
