The PLA filament belongs to Polymaker’s PolyMax impressive material line. The filament has been engineered with Polymakers nano-reinforcement and jam-free technology to ensure high-grade mechanical properties, printing ease, and stunning 3D model quality.
The PolyMax PLA has a 20% higher impact resistance than standard ABS filaments. With elevated mechanical properties, you can expect this filament to be stronger and tougher than regular PLA filaments. This makes it a durable material that can be used for a wide scope of applications. The PolyMax PLA allows you to create 3D models with superb dimensional stability since the material is not prone to warping and shrinking. This is the ideal filament for precise engineering and prototyping.
Successfully manufacture industrial-level parts at a nozzle temperature of 190°C-230°C. Keep your heated bed between 25°C-60°C. The recommended printing speed is 40-60 mm/s. To ensure great adhesion and a spectacular first layer, it is recommended to use a glass print surface in combination with a thin layer Magigoo glue stick.
