The CoPA Nylon filament by Polymaker is a great material for printing functional technical components with some flexibility. Nylon’s flexibility ensures that the printed objects will be able to bend frequently without cracking or breaking. This is an incredibly durable material that will handle temperatures up to 180°C. For the best heat resistance, Polymaker advises that you anneal your printed part at 80°C for 6 hours.

Easily create sturdy parts at a nozzle temperature of 250°C-270°C. For the best result, set your heated bed between 25°C-50°C. This is an abrasive material and should therefore be printed with a hardened steel nozzle or ruby tip nozzle. The advised print speed is 30-60 mm/s. 

To ensure good adhesion and a spectacular first layer, it is recommended to use a glass print surface in combination with a thin layer of Magigoo Pro PA glue stick. Furthermore, store your filament and keep it in top printing condition with the Polybox Drybox that not only eliminates moisture but also automatically feeds the filament to your machine.
