3D print with Real Filament’s PEI Ultem 1010, a high-performance thermoplastic designed to have outstanding chemical and mechanical properties. PEI Ultem 1010 is a flame retardant material suited to perform in temperatures up to 170°C. Ensure to print with this 3D filament in a well-ventilated space.
We offer high-quality PEI Ultem 1010 in the color neutral with a diameter size of 1.75 mm in 0.5 kg spools. To 3D print with PEI Ultem 1010 filament, use a nozzle size larger than 0.4 mm at printing temperatures of 355°C-385°C. The heated bed temperature should be 120°C with a heated chamber above 80°C.

Material Properties | |
Toughness How tough is the material. From 1 star (very brittle) to very tough |
Outdoor Resistance How well can this product be used in an outside environment. The material has to be able to withstand UV-radiation from the sun as well as water and cold weather. |
Impact strength The amount of energy that a material can withstand when a load is suddenly applied to it. It may also be defined as the threshold of force per unit area before the material undergoes fracture/ |
Deformation temp. How well can the material handle temperatures before it starts to deform. |
