Product description

Discover Real Filament’s PEI Ultem 9085 filament from the professional materials line. PEI Ultem 9085 is an amorphous thermoplastic with a glass transition temperature of 186°C. This high-performance thermoplastic can be printed with FDM or FFF 3D printers.

Print professional 3D parts with PEI Ultem 9085. The material prints best between the temperatures 365°C-395°C with a heated bed temperature of 120°C. Furthermore, a heated chamber temperature of 80°C to ensure that the filament does not cool down fast. The drying period is for at least 4 hours at a temperature of 110°C. PEI Ultem 9085 is available in the color neutral with a diameter size of 1.75 mm in 0.5 kg spools. Be sure to perform your printing in a properly ventilated area.
