A new printing speed record has been set with the impressive Super Racer delta 3D printer. FLSUN has designed a remarkably powerful machine that produces high-quality 3D models at an exceptionally fast rate. With just a few steps, the 3D printer can be assembled in under 20 minutes!
Experience a slick and sturdy machine hailed for its groundbreaking printing speed. The Super Racer can print up to a speed of 200 mm/s. This means that the 3D printer can print within half the time as the majority of regular 3D printers. Printing fast should never sacrifice printing quality and this will not be the case with a guaranteed printing precision of 0.05 - 0.3 mm.
The Super Racer Delta has been equipped with a durable dual gear extruder, allowing precise and stable extrusion. Furthermore, the machine’s hot end is none other than E3D’s Volcano hot end. The Volcano hot end extrudes at a very fast rate and enables you to swap and experiment with different sized nozzles and nozzle materials within the RapidChange Revo ecosystem.
The machine’s full metal design consists of sturdy linear rails that provide high torque while ensuring great 3D printing accuracy when printing very fast. The 3D printer is also equipped with a user-friendly 3.5” inch touch screen for smooth operation. The display offers up to 8 different display languages. Additionally, the touchscreen is very sensitive and reactive, for smooth control and monitoring.
The resume printing feature makes all the difference in the case of power failure. Instead of resulting in direct print failure, your machine will simply continue to print from where it left off previously. The filament detection also further ensures that your machine will never halt mid-print, picking up from where it left off as soon as the new filament is loaded into the machine.
Not only can you print fast, but you can do so in extreme silence. The motherboard has been paired with very silent stepper drivers allowing you to work very quietly in any space. The aluminum heated bed has a glass print surface for providing great adhesion for a range of filament materials. It is also designed to offer easy model removal when your print is complete.

Bed movement direction The direction the buildplate moves. Most printers move the build plate in the Y-axis direction. This is a simpler design, but gives problems at greater build height, because the inertia of the mass of the buildplate + 3D print impact the quality of the layers, requiring you to limit the speed. Other printers move in the Z-axis, allowing you to print faster without trading quality of the layer build-up. |

Heated bed A heated bed is important to reduce Warping and have a better adhesion of the 3D print to the print bed. |

Auto Bed Leveling The auto bed leveling feature will probe the buildplate on a few different points. This allows the 3D printer to detect deviations in the buildplate and adjust the print accordingly. This makes is much easier to start a print as you don't have to manually adjust the bed position. |

Extruder type Bowden printers feed filament through a tube as opposed to Direct Drive systems. This adds important advantages (faster printing) and disadvantages (higher filament retraction settings). You can find more information on Direct Drive and Bowden systems, Click here |
