The Revo Hemera printing kit has a strong dual gear system. The printing kit has an exceptional grip, enabled by the steel hobbs in place that ensure the filament is properly pushed through. This is a full kit consisting of the extruder itself as well as four separate nozzles, specifically 0.25 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.8 mm. With more nozzle sizes you can achieve diverse looks in different layer heights and flow rates. With smaller layer heights you can achieve a higher level of detail whereas wider nozzles are the ideal choice for printing more abrasive filament that have more fibers, for example, wood-filled filament. It is advised to also use this kit for more advanced flexible materials that can sometimes prove tricky to print. This is largely avoided by the small filament path ensuring that filament is properly directed.
Print professional filament materials with an extrusion kit that can warm up to 300°C in just a few seconds. This extruder system also has great expandability and upgrading possibilities.
