This Polysher is somewhat comparable to a typical resin curing machine for post-processing printed resin models. We now have a device for post-processing certain filament materials that can be smoothed with alcohol. The Polysher uses vaporized alcohol to evenly cloak the entirety of a 3D model. This ensures consistent application, thanks to the built-in rotating platform. At some point, the model will also be elevated in order to also smoothen the surface beneath your model. This will result in the best look, in comparison to applying acetone. The 3D models will be protected with the coating, and also be dimensionally stable and durable.
To effectively use the Polysher, place your printed 3D model in the machine and set the timer. The timer can be set from 30 minutes to 60 minutes, depending on the size of your printed model. This Polysher accepts any IPA, given that it is 70% and higher.
